FAQs

  • I offer sessions between 1 to 2 hours to suit your budget and plans.

  • I will provide all equipment so there’s less for your hens to worry about on the day.

  • Yoga can be done inside or out, weather depending! If you wanted to hire a hall this will need organising by you. Just make sure there’s enough space for all your hens!

  • The yoga will suit all levels of ability and no previous experience will be necessary.

  • I will travel up to 80 miles from Surrey.
