The best day of the year to practice yoga with gratitude and intention. We will celebrate the power of the sun by practicing 12 rounds of Sun Salutations, to honour the tradition of each round bringing grace, beauty and strength to the sun and to ourselves. We will follow with some other uplifting postures, such as Ardha Chandrasana and Urdhva Dhanurasana, tobring strenghth and freedom to the body and mind. This is a dynamic class.
We will finish with some more restful poses, and a meditation of loving kindness, to prepare the body as the days begin to get shorter.
